Cancellation Before Delivery

If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will be happy to cancel your order and process a full refund in your original form of payment.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order from EveningCourt that is either faulty or does not match the description provided on eveningcourt.site, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will arrange for the faulty or incorrect item to be collected at our expense. You can choose to receive either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Quality Issues

We take pride in the quality of our food. However, if you feel that the food you received did not meet our high-quality standards, please get in touch within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide us with a detailed description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will offer a partial or full refund or a voucher for future use, depending on the individual case.

Refund Processing Time

Please note that once we agree to process a refund, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable. Additionally, we are unable to refund any delivery charges if your order has already been dispatched.
